Executive Offices Group To Manage Grosvenor Serviced Offices17 February 2009
Grosvenor has selected Executive Offices Group (EOG) to take over the operation of its four serviced office centres in Mayfair and Belgravia on management contracts. From February 2009, EOG, who also operate the Argyll, Palladia and Corpnex brands, will add Grosvenor Serviced Offices to their portfolio of 34 high quality business centres.

Totalling 37,400 sq ft, the addition of 28 Grosvenor Street, 67 Grosvenor Street, 52 Brook Street and 52 Grosvenor Gardens to EOG’s portfolio will increase EOG’s presence in the West End to 21 serviced office centres.
