Executive Offices Group signs ten year lease for former Dixons HQ06 February 2012
Executive Offices Group, the serviced and virtual offices provider, is pleased to announce that it has agreed a ten year lease on offices at 29 Farm Street W1, from landlord Trustees for Roman Catholic Purposes.
Formerly the head office for Dixon’s Retail, this 13,750 sq ft period building boasts 41 fully furnished serviced offices and two meeting rooms over six high spec floors. Located in the heart of Mayfair, the building is adjacent to Farm Street Church and Mount Street Gardens and just one minute’s walk away from both Berkeley and Grosvenor Squares.
Managed under the Palladia brand by Executive Offices Group since 2005, the building is set to undergo various refurbishment improvements that will complete in summer 2012, including the addition of a brand new customer lounge.
