Executive Offices Group recruits through government funded Apprenticeship Scheme27 July 2011
We are pleased to announce that Executive Offices Group has successfully recruited several new members of business centre staff through the government funded Apprenticeship Scheme. We have been working with Westminster Kingsway College to fill the roles and have further candidates under consideration for the future.
The Apprenticeship Scheme is aimed at young people from the ages of 16-19 who have chosen to continue their education through a work based training programme which will lead to a nationally recognised NVQ qualification, instead of continuing their education in the usual way at 6th form college or university. We firmly believe that our involvement will prove mutually beneficial for us and the young people we employ as a result of the scheme.
Apprentices tend to be eager, motivated, flexible and very loyal to the company they train with. It’s a great way for us to invest in young people and develop new talent from within. In return Executive Offices Group offers a fantastic environment for these young people to take their first steps into the world of work. As well as providing a supportive, varied environment in which they can develop their skills, we will also support their training needs with one day per month dedicated entirely to training.
We believe that this is an excellent initiative and look forward to providing further updates on the scheme in the future.
