Video conferencing facilities are available within 18 of our business centre locations, including London's West End, City, West London, Leeds and Paris. Cost effective, time saving and carbon efficient, video conferencing enables you to link up with clients and colleagues across the world, reducing the need for travel. Our video conferencing facilities will allow you to dial in to your meeting delegates at multiple sites, enabling you to communicate and present your meeting material 'face-to-face' in 'real-time'. Our meeting coordinators, located in-house will be on hand to help manage your video conference, taking in to account international time differences and working outside of normal business hours where necessary.
