Conference Services & Business Meeting Packages
We offer a variety of meeting and conference rooms across our portfolio of 36 business centres. Our meeting room styles and layouts appeal to a broad range of customers, from investment banks to multi-media organisations. Our meeting rooms create a professional impression, within a corporate environment and are supported by highly trained personnel. From 2-70 delegates, we can accommodate a variety of needs and our dedicated meetings and conference team can create an individual package tailored to your exact requirements.
Meeting Room Hire - hourly/half day/full day
Meeting and conference rooms are available for hire by the hour, half day or full day. A full range of additional options are available including catering, hire of audio visual equipment, video conferencing.
Meeting Room Hire - delegate packages
If you are hosting a half or full day meeting, you may wish to choose our cost effective Delegate Package which is calculated on a per-person basis. Our Delegate Package includes the following:
- Meeting room hire
- 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
- Working buffet lunch
- Mineral water
- LCD projector
- Projector screen
- Flipchart
- Stationery
