Our philosophy is delivering excellence in everything we do.
That means providing a first class service to our customers at all times. But it also means providing the kind of supportive and inspiring working environment that truly motivates our staff.
An Investors in People accredited organisation, we continually strive to provide our employees with the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.
The consistently excellent standards that we achieve take a whole team of committed people operating with genuine co-operation, trust and respect at all levels. Naturally, good communication skills, with colleagues and customers, are a vital aspect of any role with us, as is being enthusiastic and a team player.
Executive Offices Group operates a number of business centres primarily in London and also in key business areas across the UK and Paris. All our business centres are supported by a professional team, located in house and on hand to offer support to our customers throughout the working day. The roles within our business centres include:
Every serviced office centre within the Group has a dedicated Business Centre Manager. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business centre, the profitability of the centre, the customer experience, and the management of all the centre support team.
The Deputy Centre Manager assists the Business Centre Manager in the day-to-day operation of the serviced office centre. They also manage the centre support team and cover the Manager in his or her absence.
Guest Services Co-ordinators ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided to all customers at all times. They deal with issues promptly and effectively, promoting a service ethos throughout the team through example, training and development. They are often responsible for supervising reception and conference facilities alongside supporting the business centre team in a variety of roles from telephone answering services to administrative support.
Every serviced office centre in the portfolio has highly trained Receptionists who create a professional welcome to all customers and visitors to the centre. As well as reception duties, Receptionists support the business centre team in a variety of roles including telephone answering services and administrative support. Receptionists are the face of our customer's brands; they are often the first impression people have of an organisation, so they must be welcoming, amiable and highly efficient at all times.
The Customer Service Assistant is on hand to provide customers with the support they need to make their working day run seamlessly. This may include mail handling services, telephone answering services, secretarial and administrative support as well as photocopying and any other additional services that may be required.
A Customer Service Representative ensures that the highest standard of service is provided to all customers at all times. Responsible for dealing with any issues promptly and effectively, the Customer Service Representative can support customers with any additional service requests they may have such as preparing a meeting room, organising a video conference, ordering stationery, providing telephone answering services, reception cover or admin support.
