Company History
Executive Offices Group started life in 1989 with HQ Business Centres opening its first UK franchise centre in Windsor, under the ownership of Frogmore Estates Ltd.
Since 2003, the company has seen rapid expansion with the purchase of two other serviced office providers – Argyll Business Centres in May 2004 and Corpnex in October 2004. Together with the purchase of further freehold properties, this has created a clear dominance in London’s West End market, with 14 properties.
Executive Offices Group was established in 2005 as a holding company for the existing brands, with a fourth brand – Palladia – launched the same year.
In June 2005, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund announced the acquisition of Executive Offices Group with plans to expand the company through the purchase of freehold properties, joint venture opportunities and management contracts in the UK.
